The Father Of Mega Man Explains Mega Man Universe

The creator of Mega Man, Keiji Inafune, and producer on the recently announced Mega Man Universe, Akiko Ito, explained—as best as they could—just what the hell this mysterious game is today at Comic-Con.

Previously seen only in teaser trailer form, Mega Man Universe will let you "play as the Mega Man of your dreams," according to Inafune.

The concept of Mega Man Universe, Inafune says, "came from the idea of what Mega Man is and what it means to [different people]." Whether you started playing the series when Mega Man 2 was released or whether you start with the Mega Man X series, Inafune says "Everyone has a unique idea of what Mega Man is."

That may help explain guest appearances from other Capcom games, including Street Fighter's Ryu and Ghosts 'n' Goblins hero Arthur. Other versions of Mega Man will be featured in the game, including that "crappy version of Mega Man from the original cartridge," a character featured in the teaser trailer.

Inafune hopes that the ability to play as different characters outside of the Mega Man mythos will encourage creativity in players and that Universe will "unite Mega Man fans from around the planet to play together in one place." While Capcom didn't show any gameplay during the panel, Inafune said they're working hard to have something to show soon.

The Father of Mega Man ended his Comic-Con presentation with another tease, claiming "You haven't heard the last of the Mega Man announcements out there." Inafune said to expect confirmation of an "oft-requested thing that you guys want."

When fans began shouting for Mega Man Legends 3, Inafune just smiled and said "Thank you."

Mega Man Universe "won't be out for a while," according to Ito, but when it does arrive, it will come to the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade.

Downtown Disney

Ok, so technically not a park but it still counts :P. So, like I said in my last post, I left Epcot to go watch The Sorcerer's Apprentice, which i might say was AWESOME. After the movie we walked around the place and i got myself another vynel and a pretty cool shirt. That's basically it for Downtown Disney, and i might be going to another park tomorrow, maybe Animal Kingdom, or MGM. So expect a possible update soon, keep checkin up " )

Oh and i'll put all the pictures in another post, and sorry about the bad quality, this was all taken on my phone.

Epcot

ALRIGHT! Well I'm finally updating my blog after who knows how long. I decided I'm gonna post up pictures and info on how my day was every time I go to a park. First up is Epcot, which was quite the interesting day. We started off by heading to Denny's for some "breakfast" at about 12:00 in the afternoon. I recommend that anyone who lives near a Denny's and has never tried it should definitely check it out. Good prices and the food is awesome. After that we went straight to the park and checked out the usual rides, like Spaceship Earth and Living with the Land. Actually those were the only rides we got on cause everything was either closed or had a rediculously long line --_--'(test track was 90 min wait "O_O").We also checked out this dope Coke place that gave free samples of soda from around the world, and this was also where i got my first Disney Vynels. Afterward we literally walked around the world and in Japan I got these really cool "converses" and this "Teach yourself Japanese book." I already know how to great someone formally in Japanese ^_^. We later stopped in China for some fine dining that was quite delectable. After that we decided to leave since we decided were gonna watch The Sorcerer's Apprentice.

Oh how i can't wait to shovel all this snow tomorrow --_-- I can tell I'm probably gonna look a bit like this when I'm done.--->

ok maybe that's a bit drastic but that's a lot of snow out there and shoveling puts your anger and muscles on the edge.

If only I had the money right now....oh man. Gonna start savin up though, and then I'm really gonna start jammin. The Strats $249 and the amp is about $100, so once i get above $350 Guitar Center here I come hehe. :0]

Guitar play/FACE

Getting better and better at the guitar. That concert i played in two weeks ago with my church chorus was really fun but who knows when I'll get to play for an audience like that again. FACE is gonna have to step it up, no place to practice, song names with no songs, members who still need practice, I'm gettin that guitar fever but at this rate the band's going nowhere.

So many to get but so little money....
